Manufacturer of high quality valves for Process service; Pneumatic
Conveying; Diverting of abrasive, erosive media and Boiler Blow
Down. If you are repairing or replacing the installed valve more
than once a year, this is the valve for your application.
ISO 9001 Certified
Rotating Disc Valves include hard metal sealing surfaces for handling
abrasive, erosive slurries and dry powdered media. Open body allows
free flowing media and fines to be displaced by moving parts, therefore
no packing or jamming.

- Process valves to 1500 °f to 10,000 psig;
1 & 2-way-off;
manual; pneumatic, hydraulic, electric actuators,. Construction
of carbon, stainless steels, and other alloys. Used for reactor
loading, lockhoppers, pneumatic conveying systems, vessel discharge,
and slurry applications.
- Bulk Material Valve to 750 °f; 100 psig;
2-way-on-off; pneumatic cylinder actuator. Used in dry solids
dilute or dense phase pneumatic conveying systems and for vent & filling
applications.
- Diverter valves Process type 3-way
for high temperatures or pressures; and wye pattern cast iron.
Dry solids and slurries.
- Boiler Blow Down valves Major steam Water
tube and Fire tube boiler manufacturers include Everlasting Boiler
Blow Down valves in their packages. Sizes 3/4" to 2 1/2";
cast iron or steel construction, pressures to 600 psi.
Quick Opening;
Slow Opening, Unitandem; Angle and Wye patterns.
Everlasting Valves were developed for steam boiler blow down nearly
100 years ago for abrasive solids. The packaged steam boiler industry
has standardized on the everlasting valve rotating flat disc boiler
blow off valve. This boiler blow down valve is available in quick
opening, slow opening straight and angle configurations. They are
manual on-off valves that effectively blow down sludge formed in
steam boilers.
The Everlasting air cylinder actuated two-way Process Valve is
used in dry powders or slurries of erosive media for pump isolation,
reactor fill and discharge and are available in Diverter (1 in
2 out) configuration. The Everlasting rotating disc Process design
is suitable for temperatures to 1500f, pressures to 10,000 psig
handling abrasive particulate, it is not affected where ploymerization
gums up other valves that were designed for clear fluids, not solids.
Everlasting rotating disc Diverter
valves can be switched without
stopping the conveying compressor, is used for slurries and dry
powders including Portland Cement, bottom and fly ash, Titanium
Dioxide, Tabluar Alumina, Alumina Silica, Kaolin, Raney Nickel
Catalysts and metal silicon powders. The Diverter valve is available
in cast iron or fabricated of Carbon or Stainless Steel or other
alloys with manual or air cylinder actuation.
The everlasting rotating disc
air cylinder actuated Bulk Material
Valve was designed for pressurized (to 100 psig) and vacuum systems
including dense and dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, for
transporter fill valve, discharge, and vent applications, transfer
lines, under baghouses, silos and dust collectors. When two Bulk
Material Valves are installed in a wye fitting the valve becomes
an effective diverter.
Everlasting Valves have replaced knife gates, pinch valves, slide
gates, rotary air lock, double dump, ball and plug valves. |
