A. Free testing of your submersible pumps in our Memphis facility ($450.00 value per test). Customer must pay shipping to and from Memphis.

B. Jack Tyler Engineering will survey your pumps free-of-charge, or you may send us a list of your pumps. At that time, we will keep parts kits on the shelf for your pumps marked with your name at our nearest location.

C. Jack Tyler Engineering will guarantee to provide an estimate on all repairs within one (1) week of receipt of the pump in our shop.

D. At the time of estimate, Jack Tyler Engineering's shop will give a firm date for completion of repairs. This date will be guaranteed. If we fail to meet this date, the repair is free.

E. We can provide an on-site maintenance seminar for your maintenance personnel at no charge at your convenience. Part of this time would be used to review correct operating and checking procedures.

F. We have maintenance contracts available for all pumps & pump stations at a nominal cost using our 18 point check list for preventive maintenance.
