Make sure the repair is done right before installation with a certified test curve from our on-site computerized test pit using factory trained technicians.

The JTEC test pit recirculates 3,500 gallons of water in a closed loop. The fluid is pumped through flow & pressure transducers that produce signals that are plotted as points on the repaired pump's performance curve.

Test data can then be compared with the manufacturer's data to ascertain the pump is in good operating condition before returning it to the customer.

As part of the ISO 9001:2000 process, all transmitters and transducers must be calibrated regularly to insure accuracy.
