Wright Pumps
Wright Pumps was started in 1996 as a sanitary pump manufacturer to compete with Waukesha®. Wright manufactures sanitary pumps that are 100% interchangeable with the Waukesha Universal One and Universal Two positive displacement pumps and now have their sanitary centrifugal pump line on the market which interchanges with Waukesha Models.

Wright Pumps operates their own foundry and pours non-galling stainless steel components.

Wright offers several compelling features distinguishing them from the competition:

  • 100% parts, performance and dimensional interchangeability with Waukesha Universal One and Universal Two pumps.
  • Wright offers lower initial costs on new pumps, remanufactured pumps and parts.
  • Wright has solid stainless steel shafts instead of bi-metal shafts welded together, and guarantees remanufactured pumps to be shipped in 2 weeks or less with a new pump 1 year warranty.
  • Wright uses silicon carbide mechanical seal faces instead of carbon / ceramic.
  • Has powder coated gearboxes instead of epoxy painted.
  • Uses helical timing gears instead of spur gears for higher loading capability and quieter operation.
  • Has threaded in grease zerks on both sides of the pump instead of pressed in zerks on one side only.
